Mr. Anthony Charter, JP.
A Board Member since 2001, Mr Charter became Chairman in 2004. Prior to his retirement in 2001, he was the Managing Director of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd, whom he continues to serve as a part-time air cargo consultant. Mr Charter is a Justice of the Peace of the HKSAR Government. He is an active member of the Resurrection Anglican Church where he serves as a Lay Chairman. Mr Charter lives in Hong Kong with his wife Toni and two children.
Siew Mei Ang-Cheung
As the Executive Director of Christian Action Hong Kong, Siew Mei has steered the work of Christian Action by her faith and her commitment to meet the needs of the poor and disadvantaged in Hong Kong and China. She was appointed Executive Director of Christian Action Hong Kong in 1992.
Mrs. Sophie Hung, Hon. Secretary.
Mrs Hung is the Honorary Secretary of Christian Action's Board. An active Board member since 1988, she is a former Secretary of the German Speaking Lutheran Church in Hong Kong, and lives in Hong Kong with her husband and daughter Stephanie.
Mr. Julian Walsh
Mr Walsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Partner with J P Walsh & Co. Ltd. He joined the Board in 1993 and is currently the Honorary Treasurer. Julian lives in Hong Kong with his wife and daughter.
Mr. William Chan
A Deputy Director of Legal Aid in the Legal Aid Department of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr Chan has been a Board Member of Christian Action since 1998. He attends the International Christian Assembly and lives in Hong Kong with his wife Bonnie and a daughter.
Mr. Peter Fung
Mr Fung is the Director of Good Star Plastics & Metal Factory Limited. He has been an active Board Member since 1993.
Professor Agnes Law
Prof Law is the Deputy Director of the Centre for Holistic Teaching and Learning, Hong Kong Baptist University. Her other public engagements include being a Council Member of SKH Holy Trinity Church; Member of School Management Committee of SKH Holy Trinity School; Supervisor of SKH Tin Wan Chi Nam Primary School and a Member of the Equal Opportunities Commission. She was previously a Committee Member of the Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association, Family Planning Association, Commission on Social Service of the Diocese of HK Sheng Kung Hui, Hong Kong Federation of Women, Equal Opportunities Commission and the People’s Consultative Committee of Guangdong Province. Prof. Law was also a member of the Women’s Commission, Decision-making and Advance Directives Sub-committee of the Law Reform Commission. From 1994 to 2008, she was a Member of the Guangdong Province Political Consultative Conference. In 2004, she was appointed and remains a Justice of the Peace. Prof. Law joined Christian Action's Board in 2004. She lives in Hong Kong and attends the Anglican Church: HK Sheng Kung Hui.
Mr. Tony Turner
Mr Turner is the Managing Director of Professional Public Relations Asia Ltd, and is responsible for the North Asia operations of the company. Previously the Director of Public Relations for Hong Kong's Mass Transit Railway, he is also a Patron of the Community Chest of Hong Kong and an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Cricket Association. Tony lives in Hong Kong with his wife Michelle and two children. Mr Turner has been a Board Member since 2001.
Dr. Yue Kwok To
Dr. Yue is the Managing Director of Vernier Asia Ltd.. He is also a Member of the Advisory Committee in Partnership Fund for the Disadvantaged of the HKSAR Government; a Member of Advisory Committee on Food & Environmental Hygiene of the HKSAR Government and the Chairman of the Western Academy of Beijing Education Foundation. Dr. Yue joined Christian Action’s Board in 2003 and lives in Hong Kong with his wife Drina.
